I fortunately joined EasyHits4U about 2 years ago and have had nothing but success by using them!
I joined as a free member and have remained a free member all the while earning and cashed out over $20 in cash through paypal! EasyHits4U pays you to surf their site! . 30 cents per 1,000 pages! Doesn't sound like much but it adds up quick and sure does beat surfing for free! They require you to have a minimum of $3 to cash-out. Each time I have requested a pay-out, I only had a 2 or 3 day waiting period! They pay fast and accurate!
EasyHits4U has two options when surfing! One has a 20 second timer and will give you a 1:1 surfing ratio! For every site you view, another member will view yours! The second option has a 15 second timer whereas for every two sites you view, another member will view yours! Although the 20 second timer option seems more reasonable credit wise, the 15 second timer will earn your money much faster while at the same time still earning yourself credits!
It's definitely not true that surfers only surf for credits! They also pay attentiion to what's being advertised! (Isn't that why we're here)? A few months ago when I was advertising my site, I had credits built up in 4 different traffic exchanges advertising for me. Each and Every Member that joined my program came from EasyHits4U! I was extremely satisfied!
EasyHits4U also offer a "prize page" every 25 pages for the first 100 pages. After that the "prize pages" spread apart further but add a great extra benefit to your surfing! These "prize pages" offer you extra banner ad impressions, text links impressions, extra credits, or cash money!
The only thing I would add to EasyHits4U is a chat box! It would make it a lot easier to spend countless hours surfing if you could chat with fellow surfers!
